About the position
The Delivery Lead & Tech Product Owner at Barclays Services LLC is responsible for managing the efficient delivery of large-scale technical projects across the bank. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs throughout the software product lifecycle, ensuring adherence to time, budget, and quality requirements. The position requires strong leadership in Agile methodologies, effective communication, and the ability to manage complex project capabilities while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, Technical and Pillar Leads, and Developers to support software component releases.
- Perform Requirement Analysis and prepare workflow charts and diagrams for team operations.
- Organize and schedule team meetings to ensure clear goals and alignment with business objectives.
- Create the product roadmap outlining vision, priorities, and directions with the Scrum Master and Development teams.
- Estimate Performance Engineering Testing efforts using MS Project and MS Visio tools.
- Lead and coach the Agile team in Agile methodologies, including daily scrums and sprint planning meetings.
- Manage Product Backlog items and prioritize them to maximize business value.
- Monitor project deliverables and ensure timely completion of milestones.
