About the Role:
As a crucial member of our warehouse team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate records of all inventory and oversee the day-to-day activities of the warehouse.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Accurately record and manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is properly tracked and accounted for.
- Shipping Coordination: Coordinate and track shipments and deliveries, working closely with carriers and logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient transportation.
- Data Entry and Management: Perform data entry and update warehouse management systems, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
- Shipping Documentation: Prepare and process shipping documents and labels, adhering to company standards and regulations.
- Inventory Audits: Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts, helping to identify areas for improvement and optimize warehouse operations.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with carriers, logistics partners, and warehouse staff, providing support and guidance as needed.
