Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales and Service Associate to support our team during peak sales days.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, assisting with their needs, and recommending additional items as appropriate.
  • Contribute to the overall shopping environment and support all store sales initiatives.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and merchandised store environment through collaboration with the store team.
  • Stock and restock merchandise, transferring products from the stock room to the front of the store.
  • Meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
  • Address guest questions and concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.
