Flora Fine Foods] partners with leading grocery retailers to ensure stores are properly merchandised, products are set according to planograms, and shelves are ready for customers. We’re looking for dependable and hardworking Overnight Grocery Reset Team Members to join our crew.

Position Overview:
As an Overnight Grocery Retail Reset Team Member, you will work during non-business hours to execute store resets, stock product, and build displays. This position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to meet overnight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute grocery resets and product placement according to planograms/schematics.
  • Move, stock, and organize grocery items on shelves and displays.
  • Build and set up shelving, fixtures, and signage.
  • Ensure shelves are faced, clean, and well-organized.
  • Work as part of a team to complete overnight projects within deadlines.
  • Follow all safety standards and store policies.

Qualifications:

  • Previous grocery, reset, or retail experience preferred but not required (training provided).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working overnight shifts (start times typically 8 PM–10 PM until 4 AM–6 AM).
  • Reliable transportation to and from assigned stores.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
