Communication includes production companies, creative execs, business & legal affairs, casting teams, celebrity bookers, agencies, and management companies. This role will coordinate casting efforts on projects from the start of development through cast after care.  </span></p><p></p><p><u>Responsibilities will also include, but are not limited to:</u></p><ul><li><p><span>Support title management across the Nonfiction, Live, Sports, Docs, and Video Games content slates as it relates to reality participant, host, expert casting, and celebrity booking</span></p></li><li><p><span>Create, track, and maintain all internal and external talent grids and presentations</span></p></li><li><p><span>Coordinate and communicate talent approvals with creative executives and producers</span></p></li><li><p><span>Research, ideate, and proactively pitch appropriate names in the nonfiction space</span></p></li><li><p><span>Administrative duties, including calendar management/ scheduling, talent hospitality, and light editing</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><u>Requirements</u><span>:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>At least 4 years of directly relevant casting, agency, or production company experience</span></p></li><li><p><span>Demonstrates good judgment and strong critical thinking skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to work proactively, independently, and reliably under tight timeframes in a fast-paced environment</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with cross-functional partners</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong knowledge of Google Suite, AirTable, YouTube, Video clipping/editing, Canva, Chat GPT etc.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><u>The ideal candidate will also possess the following:</u></p><ul><li><p><span>Prior knowledge of talent agents, managers, and publicists </span></p></li><li><p><span>Clear and concise interpersonal and communication skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>High level of organization, detail orientation, and ability to time-manage across multiple deadlines</span></p></li><li><p><span>Willingness to tackle matters outside area of expertise</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to embrace and advocate cultural diversity, inclusion, and representation </span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to adapt quickly to changes in workflows</span></p></li><li><p><span>Flexible, innovative, and solution-driven team player</span></p></li><li><p><span>Knowledgeable of current pop culture news and sports</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proficient in Google Docs and talent grids</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span>Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $50,000 - $165,000.</span></p><p></p><p><span>Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits.
