Requirements

Responsibilities
– Source and identify qualified candidates for remote job positions using various online platforms.
– Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive online engagement.
– Conduct initial interviews and assessments to determine candidate suitability.
– Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
– Maintain up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment progress.
– Provide a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide suitable candidates.
