- Efficiently and accurately sort and load packages onto delivery vehicles to ensure timely delivery to customers.

- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals and ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure packages are sorted and loaded correctly.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to address any issues or concerns.
- Adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines.
- Operate equipment such as forklifts or hand trucks to move packages as needed.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure packages are handled and delivered in accordance with established standards.
- Keep work area clean and organized to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
- Demonstrate reliability by consistently showing up to work on time and completing assigned tasks.

- Attention To Detail: Package Handlers Must Be Able To Accurately Read And Match Package Labels, Tracking Numbers, And Other Identifying Information To Ensure Packages Are Sorted And Loaded Onto The Correct Delivery Vehicles.
- Time Management Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Work Efficiently And Meet Tight Deadlines. Package Handlers Must Be Able To Prioritize Tasks And Work At A Fast Pace To Keep Up With The High Volume Of Packages.
- Teamwork And Communication: Package Handlers Work In A Fast-Paced, Team-Oriented Environment. They Must Be Able To Communicate Effectively With Co-Workers And Supervisors To Ensure Packages Are Handled And Delivered Correctly.
- Safety Awareness: As Package Handlers Work With Heavy Equipment And Potentially Hazardous Materials, They Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Safety Protocols And Be Able To Follow Them Diligently To Prevent Accidents And Injuries.
