As an Logistics Clerk, your key responsibility will be to maintain precise records of all inventory and guarantee the efficient functioning of the warehouse. You will be responsible for performing administrative duties related to the warehouse operations such as inventory monitoring, data entry, and organizing dispatches. Your role will play a significant part in assuring the timely delivery of goods and ensuring customers are satisfied.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keep tabs on inventory quantities and oversee how they move through the supply chain.
- Manage the transportation and receipt of goods.
- Fulfilling the duties of data entry and keeping the warehouse management systems updated is necessary for efficient running of the warehouse.
- Create and manage the paperwork and stickers needed to ship products in a timely manner.
- Support in the conducting of inventory audits and cycle counts.
- Engage in dialogue with transportation companies and other stakeholders involved in logistics coordination.
- Give administrative assistance to the warehouse staff whenever required.
