Partner Engagement:
Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and RPO providers.
Monitor and ensure RPO providers meet agreed-upon SLAs and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans as necessary.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and address any concerns promptly.
Ensure a seamless recruitment experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
Process Optimization:
Analyze recruitment processes to identify areas for improvement.
Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant innovations.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to inform decision-making.
Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 10 years experience in talent acquisition, currently working for a mid / large sized GCC for the last 3 years at least
Managing recruitment delivery across Internal and external sources through RPO and vendors
Familiarity with recruitment technologies and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Avature
Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, SLAs, and KPIs.
