Requirements
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Proficiency in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.

– Handle and resolve customer issues related to delays, cancellations, and other travel disruptions.
– Document all customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the system.
– Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.
– Continuously learn about new products, services, and company policies to better assist customers.

Educational Qualifications
