Private family, a couple, with homes in Key West and Key Colony Beach is seeking a full time employee to provide support and care for their homes / cars / boats / dog, etc.

Overall Role

  • Primary assistant to Rick, making his life easier, and helping him achieve his personal goals
  • Maintaining all physical assets – cars, boats, jet skis, houses / yards, trailers, etc.
  • Support Maria as requested
  • Care for pets as needed
  • House-sit as needed
  • Hurricane preparation assistance as needed

Hours / Location / Travel Requirements

  • Full time and flexible – 7 days a week as needed
  • Normal work week will be 40 – 50 hours, 5 days in a week.
  • Primary location is Key Colony Beach, secondary location is Key West
  • Occasional travel to Miami / FLL area as needed
  • 24 / 7 / 365 availability as needed
  • Work-load and days of week will vary as needed

Duties / Responsibilities

  • Will change over time as required to fulfill role
  • Boats – 2, a Scout and a Ranieri
  • Jet Skis – 3
  • Cars – 4, Range Rover, Defender, Mercedes, and an F150 truck for employee use
  • Houses– 2 homes; oversee house maintenance, provide some cleaning services; eg, outdoor areas, windows, BBQ, patio furniture, etc.
  • Golf Cart
  • Routine cleaning and maintenance of Boats, Jet Skis, Cars, Golf Cart
  • Trouble shooting and repair
  • First mate on boats when in use; expected to travel with couple as needed
