Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Driver/Operator to join our team at Federal Express Corporation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate company vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
- Provide courteous and timely delivery and pick-up of packages
- Check shipments for accuracy and conformance to FedEx features of service
- Assist customers with related services and provide excellent customer experience
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Licensed to operate the type of vehicle assigned
- Able to lift 50 lbs. and maneuver packages weighing more than 50 lbs. with assistance
- Excellent human relations and verbal communication skills
- Neat appearance, as customer contact is required
- Meet qualifications outlined in section 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier safety regulations
