Position: Area Manager - Fulfillment Centers
Amazon is hiring Area Managers for our Fulfillment Centers (FCs). We distribute millions of products annually to our loyal customers. Key focus areas include safety, quality, customer experience, and productivity.
- Review work forecasts and determine productivity requirements to meet overall building objectives.
- Partner with other managers to balance labor and ensure efficient shift operations.
- Support safety programs and OSHA compliance to maintain a safe work environment.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives using Lean tools.

- Flexibility to work weekends and overnight shifts.
Qualifications
Basic: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Preferred: 2+ years of experience in performance metrics, process improvement, or lean methodologies.
