Senior Program Manager, Talent Acquisition

  • Strategize, scope and execute programs around offers, pre-boarding, knowledge management, compliance and other programs that reduce friction in the hiring lifecycle
  • Partner with local and global counterparts to ensure alignment to global processes
  • Improve the recruiting system with a focus on operational effectiveness, process and system efficiency, tech/tooling, change management, and recruiter/hiring manager enablement
  • Analyze and report on program and performance outcomes and impact using industry standard approaches to make data-driven recommendations
  • Drive thoughtful and strategic change, readiness and launch enablement programs to promote adoption and operational excellence
  • Build relationships with cross-functional partners and stakeholders across TA and People Technology in order to deliver on the TA Enablement team's roadmap and programs of work
  • Investigate issues and drive solutions to optimize recruiting productivity and operational excellence

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in program management in TA/HR/People organizations
  • Experience in project or program management with a proven track record of using project management and change management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Adkar, PMP) to successfully drive complex projects
  • Knowledge of TA practices and tools to drive recruiting success; preference for experience with offer management, pre-boarding, compliance, knowledge management strategy
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to various stakeholders
  • Experience in the global technology industry is preferred, ideally supporting an organization of 5K+ employees
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field

Compensation


At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. The base pay ranges for new hires in the United States are:

  • Zone A: $149,400 - $195,050
  • Zone B: $135,000 - $176,250
  • Zone C: $124,200 - $162,150
