Title - SLACK Admin (MS, SLACK, OKTA)


Location: Cambridge, MA (hybrid role)


Microsoft


Microsoft engineer with Microsoft AD in the hybrid config and Exchange On-Line experience


Slack


Require admin to support the Slack support tickets on a daily basis in the #slack-support channel


Slack application has regular updates, and the admin needs to test and help the Slack users to adopt the change


Test all the new features and multiple apps in Sandbox environment before approving and implementing it in the Production environment


Build workflows to help different teams to collaborate more efficiently


Work with learning and training teams to advertise and conduct Slack training sessions


Track the Slack adoption metrics with various factor points and present it with the leadership team to enhance and encourage their team members to communicate and collaborate in Slack


Integrate APIs in Slack as the custom application as per the request to benefit their project work


Okta


Work on day-to-day operational tasks to support users of the Okta service


Integrate new applications and support current applications in Okta


Continuously monitor the Okta health-check and scheduled imports


Extreme ownership and work closely with key stakeholders to understand requirements for implementing connections through new SSO & MFA solutions


Consult with stakeholders across business units when implementing access levels for new systems to ensure quality and accuracy


Prepare documentation for training and act as a primary contact and subject matter expert of federation and SSO


Use the Okta Policy framework to control user access, map identity attributes and data transformations using Universal Directory, and troubleshoot issues


Configure factor enrollments, sign on and password policies and applications policies
