Job Description:
As a Remote Registered Nurse (RN), you will use your clinical expertise to assist patients virtually, providing high-quality care, support, and guidance. You will be responsible for conducting virtual assessments, coordinating care plans, managing patient inquiries, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual consultations and assessments for patients via phone or video calls.
- Assess and monitor patients' health conditions, documenting findings accurately.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with patients and healthcare teams.
- Answer patient questions, provide medical advice, and recommend treatments or follow-up care.
- Work closely with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in the USA.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience (hospital, outpatient, or home health settings).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable with using technology and virtual communication platforms.
- Prior experience in telehealth or remote nursing is a plus.
