Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care, including medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and support with daily living activities.
- Formulate and execute personalized care plans tailored to each resident’s needs.
- Collaborate closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and therapists.
- Uphold resident safety and comfort through stringent infection control measures and a meticulously maintained environment.
- Provide education to residents, their families, and other staff on various health-related topics.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation within resident medical records.
