Key Responsibilities:
• Manage bookkeeping tasks for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.

• Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs, answer questions, and provide financial insights.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in bookkeeping, particularly managing multiple client accounts.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying connected with the team.
