- Conduct quality control procedures for cathode materials, including testing and analysis.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot any issues or inconsistencies in the testing process.
- Record and analyze data, prepare reports, and communicate findings to the team.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Continuously monitor and improve QC processes to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new testing methods and procedures.
- Keep accurate and organized records of all testing and data.
- Communicate any potential issues or concerns to the QC team leader and work together to find solutions.
- Stay updated on industry and technological advancements in cathode materials and QC processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized laboratory space.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Act as a positive representative of Tesla and our commitment to sustainability and clean energy.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree In Chemistry, Materials Science, Or A Related Field.
- Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Laboratory Setting, Preferably In A Quality Control Role.
- Strong Knowledge Of Analytical Techniques Such As Sem, Xrd, And Edx.
- Familiarity With Iso 9001 Quality Management Systems And Experience With Quality Control Processes.
- Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment And Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously While Maintaining Attention To Detail.
