Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain heavy equipment, including but not limited to bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and graders.
Perform routine equipment inspections and ensure proper maintenance procedures are followed.

Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet project deadlines and goals.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and communicate effectively with maintenance and repair teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator.
Proficient in the operation of bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and graders.
Strong understanding of safety protocols and adherence to regulations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Physical fitness and ability to work in various weather conditions.
