We are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Day Shift Crew Member to join our team at 9406 S Suncoast Blvd Homosassa, FL 34446.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Day Shift Crew Member, you will be the face of Dunkin' and ensure customers receive excellent service with a smile. You will be responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages, keeping the store clean, and maintaining a positive and friendly atmosphere. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Prepare and serve coffee, donuts, breakfast sandwiches, and other menu items.
  • Provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of workstations and the store.
  • Handle cash and process payments efficiently.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, and store procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to provide a fast, friendly experience for customers.

Requirements:

  • A positive and friendly attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability to work day shifts, including weekends.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus, but not required.
