Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide expert support to customers via phone, email, and chat for a variety of travel-related concerns including booking, cancellations, and flight status inquiries.
- Problem Solving: Use your communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues, handle customer complaints, and offer effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Travel Guidance: Assist customers with loyalty program inquiries, travel policy questions, and other services offered by Delta Airlines.
- Timely Resolution: Navigate internal systems efficiently to provide timely and accurate information, ensuring customer issues are resolved promptly.
- Collaboration: Work alongside a team of fellow agents and management to identify areas for improvement and contribute to enhancing the customer service experience.
