We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry & Claims Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this remote, full-time position, you will play a vital role in managing and updating member-level records, processing claims data, and ensuring compliance with guidelines. You will work independently from anywhere, contributing to the team's efficiency and helping meet critical deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process and manage claims data, ensuring alignment with established procedures and timelines.
- Make routine decisions based on discretion, escalating significant matters as necessary.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date member records, confirming eligibility and effective dates for benefits.
- Apply policy provisions effectively and handle sensitive customer data with discretion and confidentiality.
- Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness to customer needs, ensuring high-quality service in all tasks.
