- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce Enthuziastic and its free learning community.
- Inform prospects about upcoming free events (baking, cooking, yoga) and competitions (Spell Bee, Chess, Math tournaments, etc.).
- Build rapport and engage in meaningful conversations to create awareness and encourage participation.
- Answer basic queries and provide necessary information about Enthuziastic’s offerings.
- Record customer feedback, responses, and interest levels accurately in the system.
- Work closely with the marketing team to refine messaging and improve outreach strategies.
- Follow up with interested prospects to ensure participation in events.
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and contribute to community engagement goals.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, customer service, or community outreach preferred but not mandatory.
- A confident and persuasive speaking voice with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle rejections and objections positively.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for education, learning, and community-building.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
