Abacus is looking for motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Work From Home Agents (Remote). This role offers the flexibility of working from the comfort of your home, while being part of a dynamic and supportive team. As a remote agent, you'll handle customer inquiries, provide exceptional service, and ensure customer satisfaction while contributing to the growth and success of Abacus.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate and relevant information to customers regarding our products and services.
- Resolve customer issues or complaints in a courteous and effective manner.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and quality while communicating with clients.
- Document customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Assist in troubleshooting and providing solutions to customers’ issues.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction, and call resolution.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills.
