- Develop and implement a comprehensive identity governance strategy for the organization.
- Monitor and assess potential risks to the company's identity and access management systems.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of identity governance processes and systems.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards related to identity and access management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential security vulnerabilities.
- Manage a team of identity governance professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of identity governance processes and systems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to identity and access management.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors involved in identity governance.
- Participate in incident response and crisis management efforts related to identity and access management.
- Develop and maintain training programs for employees on identity governance policies and procedures.
- Proactively identify and implement improvements to enhance the overall security and efficiency of identity governance processes.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of identity governance efforts.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on identity governance, providing guidance and support to other teams within the organization.
Job Qualifications
· Extensive Experience In Identity Governance And Access Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Identity Governance And Access Management, With A Strong Understanding Of Industry Best Practices And Emerging Trends.
· Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Management: The Senior Manager Should Have A Demonstrated Track Record Of Managing Complex Projects Related To Identity Governance, Including Implementation, Maintenance, And Enhancement Of Identity Governance Systems.
· Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: This Role Will Require Effective Communication With Cross-Functional Teams, As Well As The Ability To Lead And Mentor A Team Of Identity Governance Professionals. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Interpersonal Skills And The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
· In-Depth Knowledge Of Regulatory Compliance: Godaddy Operates In A Highly Regulated Industry And Adheres To Strict Compliance Standards. The Senior Manager Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Regulatory Compliance Requirements, Such As Gdpr, Pci-Dss, And Sox, And Be Able To Ensure The Company's Identity Governance Practices Align With These Standards.
· Strategic Mindset And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Senior Manager Should Have A Strategic Mindset And Be Able To Identify Potential Risks And Opportunities Related To Identity Governance.
