Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Security Support Specialist to join our team and help ensure the safety and security of our organization. In this role, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our security protocols and procedures. We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive individual with a strong understanding of security principles and experience in implementing and maintaining security measures.

- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of the organization's assets.
- Monitor and analyze security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement security policies and procedures.
- Train and educate employees on security protocols and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Investigate and report any security incidents or breaches, and recommend corrective actions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in security management to continuously improve the organization's security measures.
- Maintain and update security records and documentation.
- Coordinate with external security agencies and law enforcement as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact for security-related inquiries and concerns from employees and external stakeholders.
- Conduct background checks and security screenings for new hires and contractors.
- Continuously assess and improve the organization's emergency response plans and procedures.
- Monitor and manage security budget and expenses.
- Participate in security-related projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information.
