Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in understanding their Medicare options and help them select the best plans tailored to their needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the enrollment process and beyond.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and retention.
- Engage in outside sales activities to expand your client base and increase visibility.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and maintain HIPAA compliance at all times.
- Negotiate with leading insurance carriers to secure the most advantageous options for your clients.
- Use your communication skills to educate clients about the benefits and nuances of Medicare.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering client satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and build strong, trusting relationships with clients.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, though not required.
- A solid understanding of HIPAA regulations is essential.
