Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and expense tracking.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Manage office supplies, invoices, and internal communications.
- Support the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
- Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
