Full Time - Fulfillment Associate - Day id-11671
About the position
The Fulfillment Associate at Lowe's is responsible for delivering quality customer service while ensuring the store is clean, safe, and well-stocked. This role involves preparing and pulling merchandise for delivery, assisting customers and staff, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. The associate must engage with team members to ensure correct product delivery and maintain safety standards while handling merchandise.
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality customer service while maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
- Pull and prepare merchandise for delivery or pick up, ensuring accuracy and good condition.
- Assist customers and staff in loading merchandise into vehicles, including large appliances.
- Verify invoices against loaded products to ensure accuracy.
- Engage in conversations with associates to coordinate timely product delivery.
- Ensure deliveries are ready upon truck arrival and assist with loading.
- Operate power equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks after certification.

Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction).
