Customer Service Representative id-9975
Description
- Respond to orders & questions from customers via phone (15%) & email (45%) in a timely manner
- Data Entry (30%)
- Order processing per customer's instructions
- Direct contact with customers and drivers
- Work directly with operators on the floor to ensure that orders are pulled in a timely manner
- Maintain customer's inventory
- Prioritize tasks based on the daily work flow and order of importance
- Dock scheduling
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Must possess ample computer skills with knowledge of Word, Excel, email and willing to learn other computer systems
- Strong customer service experience
- Problem solving
- Good communication (verbally & written)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
