Job Description
As a UPS Customer Care Representative, your primary role will be to provide excellent service to our customers, ensuring their inquiries and issues are resolved efficiently and to their satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, addressing shipping concerns, tracking packages, and handling account-related questions. Requirements
– High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
– Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is a plus
