Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and triage patient symptoms via phone or video calls.
- Provide professional advice based on established protocols and clinical guidelines.
- Escalate urgent or complex cases to appropriate providers.
- Document patient interactions clearly and accurately in the EMR system.
- Educate patients on health conditions and follow-up care.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing (multi-state compact license preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a telehealth, triage, or emergency setting.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
- Comfortable using telehealth technology and electronic medical records.
Preferred Skills:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
- Prior experience with Sequence Health systems is advantageous.
