Your Qualifications:
- Healthcare experience in a multi-clinician practice. Examples include
- Practice Manager
- Nurse Manager
- Marriage and Family Therapist
- Medical Research Coordinator
- Advanced/graduate degrees, and or clinical degrees and/or certifications preferred.
- Clinic administration experience preferred
- 2+ years of experience utilizing telehealth ideal
Additionally, to be effective you will need to be:
- A great oral communicator, effective and persuasive, engaging and positive personality, empathetic
- Experienced and comfortable speaking to audiences in person and on camera
- Strong writer and storyteller able to quickly produce impactful scripts and other promotional content
- Passionate about improving health workflows using telemedicine
- A self-starter who is capable of being effective with minimal supervision
Job Duties:
As a Telemedicine Success Manager (TSM), on the Clinic team of the Growth Department, your job is to help clinics be successful with telemedicine by:
- Teach them how to use telemedicine most effectively in their practice
- Solve their unique problems and answer their questions
- Get the most value out of doxy.me
To accomplish this, you will:
- Be an expert and thought leader for telemedicine.
- Speak about the features, advantages, and benefits of using telemedicine and doxy.me in a clinic setting.
- Develop written and video content to help clinicians and clinic administrators optimize their practice workflows for telemedicine using doxy.me.
- Promote best practices, tools, approaches, and techniques to help practices be successful with telemedicine.
- Contribute to original research on telemedicine.
- Work with our product team to create products and features ideally suited for clinicians.
- Advise the company on telehealth market opportunities and threats.
