Summer Intern Program duration: June 2 - August 8, 2025.
Software Engineering Intern
- Research and evaluate on new AI/GenAI tools and provide recommendations for AI based Bank operation use cases.
- Play a pivotal role in assisting our team in the development and improvement of AI-enabled applications.
- Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and maintain AI-enabled applications.
- Actively involved in every part of the software development life cycle.
Location: Southington, CT (On-Site)

Education, Skills, and Experience Requirements for Interns:
- Current undergraduate rising Junior or Senior enrolled in an accredited college or university who is pursuing a degree in related field and has an interest in the banking/financial services industry
- Resourceful, enthusiastic, and proactive
- Highly organized
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail
- Experience creating and delivering presentations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to learn quickly and solve problems
- Strong analytical skills
- Collaborative and inclusive team player
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
The estimated hourly range for this position is $20/hour USD to $22/hour USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
