About the position

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and resolve employee concerns related to policy or code violations.
  • Collaborate with managers, legal, HR, and other stakeholders to address employee issues.
  • Identify trends and areas for improvement in employee relations.
  • Coach and consult with managers on performance opportunities and concerns.
  • Deliver management coaching and training on performance management and feedback.
  • Develop and roll out new initiatives that support manager excellence.
  • Ensure data integrity and provide insights through data analysis.
  • Partner with the Learning team to design and facilitate Manager Training.
  • Drive consistency in investigations, performance plans, and grievance issues.
  • Work with internal and external legal counsel to ensure compliance with laws.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years focused on Employee Relations.
  • Extensive experience in coaching and developing managers.
  • Direct experience in employee relations investigations and resolution of complex issues.
  • Strong knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal US laws and regulations.
  • Experience in conflict resolution, policy development, and negotiation planning.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment across time zones.

Nice-to-haves

  • Global investigations experience is a plus.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field.
