Entry-Level Virtual Assistant (Reports & Data Entry)

We’re a US-based company looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help with generating and organizing reports. This is an ideal opportunity for someone new to the VA world who’s eager to gain hands-on experience and grow with a supportive team.

What You’ll Do:

Collaborate with our team to identify which reports are needed and for whom

Use our internal software to generate these reports (we’ll train you!)

Ensure the completed reports are correctly entered into the appropriate Google Sheet or Google Doc

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication skills

Basic familiarity with Google Sheets and Google Docs

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Availability during US business hours (preferred, but flexible)

No advanced experience required—just a great attitude and attention to detail. We’ll provide training and support as you learn the ropes!
