About Incredible Health RN - Critical Care Position
Incredible Health is hiring RNs for our Critical Care team in the Pleasanton, CA area.
We are seeking experienced nurses who have a strong background in managing critically ill patients with conditions such as arrhythmia, burns, cardiovascular disease, COVID-19, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Rapidly assess patient conditions, including vital signs and other physiological parameters, and provide appropriate care
- Monitor and provide care to patients with life-threatening conditions, including those requiring life-support systems like ventilation and heart-monitoring
- Participate in emergency situations, such as rapid response teams
- Administer medications and other treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans for critically ill patients
- Educate patients and their families about their condition and care plan.

Requirements:
- ADN or higher degree in nursing
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
- At least 1 year of experience in a critical care unit (ICU) preferred
- ACLS certification preferred
- Ability to function effectively under stress
- Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
