- Serve as an information resource for billing, programming, and technical troubleshooting questions.
- Promote products and services to new and existing customers.
- Provide solutions to customer concerns, from simple to complex issues.
- Engage with customers over the phone, maintaining engagement throughout the shift.
- Support customers between the hours of 6 AM to 10 PM MT.
- Work a pre-planned schedule with open availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Take back-to-back tech support or customer service phone calls.
Requirements
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience and/or training.
- Current residence in Georgia to be eligible for hire.
- Ability to speak with customers in Spanish and English.
- Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift.
- Ability to be on camera during all video meetings.
- Superb attendance and flexibility with schedule changes.
