JOB DETAILS
- We are seeking a dedicated Paediatric Nurse to provide medical and healthcare services to children.
- You will work with children, assess their health needs, and document symptoms and medical history for the doctor's reference.
- A key responsibility is assessing a child's needs and providing initial care, including identifying changes in symptoms and intervening in emergency situations.
- Pain management and administering medications, vaccinations, and blood draws according to age-appropriate guidelines are also critical duties.
- Monitoring vital signs such as temperature, pulse, breathing, and blood pressure, and maintaining accurate records is essential.
- Evaluating children for signs of abuse and dealing with anxious parents are crucial aspects of this role.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest developments, rules, regulations, drug therapies, equipment, and treatment procedures is mandatory.
