As a Senior Vendor Manager in the premium beauty category at Amazon, you will be instrumental in shaping the company's growth strategy and building strong relationships with key vendors.
Role Summary
This position offers a unique opportunity to lead the development and execution of long-term category strategies that drive topline growth. You will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives and ensure seamless execution.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive category strategies that drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with operations, supply chain, marketing, advertising, finance, and product management teams to advance the business
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify opportunities and develop targeted plans
- Pursue growth initiatives across multiple sub-categories
- Negotiate and manage vendor relationships to optimize performance
- Oversee Retail P&L for multiple categories; drives revenue and margin growth
- Investigate inputs and understand the impact of changes on customer experiences
- Identify areas for improvement and facilitate resolution with vendor support.
