Position Available: Full-Time Nurse Injector
Location: Richardson, Regional Plastic Surgery Med Spa
Regional Plastic Surgery Med Spa, a distinguished entity within the Regional Plastic Surgery Center—which features four Board-Certified Plastic Surgeons—invites applications for a full-time Nurse Injector to join our team at our Richardson location. We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional who demonstrates exceptional ethics, a strong ability to multitask, and outstanding communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive treatment consultations to understand client goals and recommend appropriate services and products to achieve optimal results.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the client’s needs.

- Review client history to identify potential contraindications.
- Administer injectable treatments, including Botox and dermal fillers, with precision and care.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Botox, DYSPORT®, Juvederm, Restylane®, and other dermal fillers. Candidates with less than 2 years of direct experience will not be considered.
- Valid Nursing license in good standing in the state of Texas.
- Previous experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting.
- Demonstrated exceptional customer retention skills and ability to achieve optimal client results.
- Commitment to ensuring client safety and maintaining a professional demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Knowledge of skincare products.
- Experience in a plastic surgery operating room.

Compensation:
We offer a competitive base salary complemented by a generous commission structure.
