Interpret and evaluate inspection results to determine if products meet quality and safety standards. Document and report all inspection findings accurately and in a timely manner. Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve any issues or concerns identified during inspections. Maintain and calibrate NDT equipment to ensure accurate and reliable testing results. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while performing inspections. Stay current with industry developments and advancements in NDT methods and techniques. Train and mentor junior NDT inspectors to ensure consistent and accurate inspection practices. Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of NDT inspections. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of inspections.
