Job Description
- Prepare
closing documents accurately and issue to closing attorneys and/or title
companies. - Verify
that the required accurate closing documentation is in file - Ensure
that closing packages are accurately and efficiently generated for all mortgage
products - Responsible
for accurately selecting APR fees and making necessary changes to complete sale
of the loan - Check
settlement statement from attorney prior to closing and make any relevant
changes - Approve
final HUD1 settlement statement - Coordinate
loan funding with the accounting department and the closing attorney - Perform
other related duties as requested - High
School graduate with 2+ years of loan closing experience in mortgage industry
Qualifications
- High
School Graduate with 2+ years of loan closing experience in the mortgage
industry - Strong
Problem solving skills - High
level of attention to detail, and strong organizational skills - Excellent
verbal and written communication skills - Ability
to thrive in a fast-paced environment
