About the position
The Medical Chart Retrieval Specialist role at Robert Half is a flexible, hybrid position focused on collecting medical records from healthcare facilities. This position is crucial for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of healthcare data, allowing individuals to work independently while making a direct impact in the healthcare industry. Responsibilities
- Travel to various healthcare facilities within a 40-mile radius to retrieve both paper and electronic medical charts.
- Accurately upload collected data into our secure system for further analysis by our coding team.
- Operate independently with the flexibility to submit end-of-day reports from home.
- Participate in a two-day, remote, paid training program to familiarize yourself with risk adjustment processes.

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license and an insurance/liability policy in your name.
- Reliable and secure internet connection with a minimum 50 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds.
- Proficient in basic computer operations such as file downloading/uploading, file management, and document imaging.
- Strong interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with potential full-day assignments depending on project needs.
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
