Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist near LAX Airport. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation. They will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with HR regulations and address employee needs. The Human Resources Generalist will also play a key role in driving employee engagement and fostering a positive work culture.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.
