Home Health Office Quality Assurance Nurseid-11830
Full Job Description
Happy Home Health Services is an accredited home health agency established since 2009. We provide a variety of home health services by our skilled nurses and therapists supported by our experienced office staff to ensure coordination of services.
We are looking to hire an LVN or a person with medical-related educational background to work in the office as a part of the quality assurance team or assistant to the quality assurance team. Prior Home Health experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
Review patient’s clinical records
Identify problems and opportunities to improve the quality of care
Provide staff training and education related to changes in regulations governing home health care specifically on best practices to improve patient care.
Participate in the evaluation of the agency’s overall functioning and quality management program.
