Responsibilities of the Flight Operations Compliance Manager:
As the Flight Operations Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Compliance Management: Ensuring all flight operations adhere to FAA regulations, international aviation standards, and company policies.
- Audits and Inspections: Leading internal audits, preparing for external inspections, and addressing any regulatory findings or discrepancies.
- Safety Programs: Developing, implementing, and monitoring safety compliance programs to promote a culture of safety and risk mitigation.
- Training and Education: Overseeing the training of flight crews and staff on compliance and regulatory updates to ensure a high level of operational awareness.
- Incident Reporting: Managing the investigation and reporting of operational incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining thorough documentation of all compliance activities and regularly reporting on compliance status to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
