Financial Analyst to Build LBO Model ID-1002

I am looking for an experienced financial analyst or Excel modeler to build a comprehensive Leveraged Buyout (LBO) model for a potential transaction. Preferably someone from Software Private Equity. The model needs to be dynamic, with adjustable drivers and multiple scenarios to analyze the deal's financial outcomes. Key requirements and details are outlined below:

Key Deliverables

Three Financial Cases:
Management Case: Based on provided financials (Excel file available).
Base Case: Includes slight reductions (up to 10%) in management's projections, particularly in the out years.
Conservative Case: Further adjustments to reflect conservative assumptions.
Drivers: The ability to fluctuate line items (Product 1, Product 2, Product 3, Other) individually in each case, Opex, and EBITDA
***Overall don't overthink it as i will adjust. Really just need you to build out the template***

Entry and Exit Assumptions:
Entry Date: Beginning of 2025.
Exit Date: Flexible (model should allow for varying exit years).
Entry Valuation: Driven by 2024 EBITDA and user-defined entry multiple.
Exit Valuation: Based on end-of-year EBITDA and a user-defined exit multiple.

Capital Structure:
Fully equitized deal at entry with the potential for seller debt.
Recapitalization with vanilla term debt:
Assume it occurs at the beginning of a selected year (flexible year input).
Don't worry about multiple tranches, revolvers, etc.
Straight-line amortization
Include a plug for interest rate.
Bonus points for creating a cash dividend, outside of just cash coming in from recap, plug given how profitable business is

Model Features:
Ability to adjust:
Tax rate.
Management fee (assume 2% throughout the hold period).
Gross and net IRR and MOI calculations for fund
Include a management equity pool - of 10%, assume fulyl vested so just have it be on/off
Incorporate other standard LBO components but keep it fairly simple, want this fairly quick and dirty
Calculate tax savings from interest payments and adjust free cash flow accordingly

Outputs and Sensitivities:
Detailed financial returns, including gross and net IRR/MOI.
Ideally a sensitivity table for all cases
Sensitivity analysis based on key inputs (entry/exit multiples, holding periods, etc.).
