Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective live chat support to resolve inquiries and issues from students, parents, and staff.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers in a virtual environment.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our support system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues swiftly.
- Assist in developing knowledge base articles and resources to improve customer self-service options.
- Identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements to enhance the overall support process.
- Other related duties as assigned to improve customer support and engagement.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or support, preferably in an educational setting.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with live chat support tools and customer support software.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
